SPECIAL NOTE ON GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:

Be sure to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! If the product has been damaged during shipment, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY. A replacement product will be sent to you after you notify us.

Our Sales Policy may be stated very briefly, it is to do everything possible to assure Customer satisfaction.

We hope that you are satisfied and delighted with everything you purchase from us, however if this is not the case we will authorize returns for refund or exchange within 30 days following receipt of the item by you (except for personalized items). All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Orders over $40 are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned for credit. Orders over $1000 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipments refused without authorization from us are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a free shipping offer is used, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be made in original condition and in the item's original packaging, double boxed, and appropriately insured. Items that have been assembled, painted or altered in any way from the original condition cannot be accepted as a return. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, or altered in any manner, we will also refuse to accept this as a valid return.

So that we can supervise proper handling of exchanges or credits, we must be aware of the return before it is sent back. Returned items must be received by us within 2 weeks of our Return Merchandise Authorization. For your protection, please use a "traceable" and insured shipping method like UPS ground.

IMPORTANT: Please E-mail us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #).
Please clearly mark your RMA # on the outside of your package. Packages received without the RMA # clearly marked may be refused or returned.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY - RC MODELS:

We accept no responsibility for damage and/or loss incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether the damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Replacement parts are available direct from the manufacturer. If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective.
